I also like the way the checkout machine talks to me, and I like to answer back: when it says “Thank you for shopping at Fred Meyer” I always say “No problem” or “You’re welcome!”. Makes me feel friendlier in general.
. My daughter does this with the ATM… oh and the self service checkout in Boots and Tesco… then again… my daughter’s barmy…. |
