ridiculousroo: marklevitz: The last three nights, I’ve tried sleeping backwards in my bed. I put my head where my feet usually go, and my feet where my head normally is. It seems like it wouldn’t change anything, but every morning for the last three days I’ve woken up in hysterics, wondering where I am. Anyway, it’s something fun to try. I sometimes do this when I can’t sleep and I actually sleep better. Must be psychological. Some nights… when it’s a full moon and the sky is really bright and pretty… I keep my curtains open and sleep the wrong way up in bed… with my head to the window so I can see the bright sky. I sleep well… but it really confuses the cat… |
